VA Compensation and Pension Exams   Nothing is more frustrating than going to VA compensation and pension exam (C&P Exam) and getting the report back that concludes the disability is not service connected. The bad thing is that most VA decisions for service-connected disability is based on these C&P exam reports. I have been to several C&P exams in my tenure as a veteran.
